Aftercare Guide

Everything you need to know after your appointment.

FACIALS

After your facial be sure to avoid using products with strong actives such as retinols, at-home peels, or exfoliants for 2-3 days. We also recommend avoiding direct sun exposure, steam rooms, or vigorous exercise immediately after a facial as this can irritate your freshly exfoliated skin. Lastly, drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated to maximize the benefits of your facial.

LASHES + BROW LAMINATION

To maintain best results of lash lift, lash tint, brow lamination, and brow tint services:

+ Be gentle with your lashes; no rubbing.

+ Do not get your lashes wet for the first 24 hrs.

+ Do not use harsh products on your eyes/lashes.

+ Use of sauna/steam is possible after 24hrs, but may weaken the effect of the lift.

+ No eye make up for 24 hours.

+ Avoid waterproof mascaras.

Do not touch or rub your eyes, eyelashes, or eyebrows immediately after the treatment. If redness or irritation occurs apply a cool damp cotton compress to the eye area. Do not sleep on your face, and avoid hot water or steam on the face or near the eyes. Lash + brow tint last longest when the oils are kept from the area and the lashes and brows are only washed gently. You can still use your facial oils, just avoid the eye and brow area. For brow lamination, clients should brush the brows into place with a clean spoolie to remain the desired shape.

MASSAGE

After your appointment, be sure to drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity for the remainder of the day. Due to the detoxifying nature of Lymphatic Drainage Massage, clients may experience fatigue, headaches, body aches, nausea, or brain fog. Drinking plenty of water and resting will help mitigate detox symptoms and contribute to a speedier recovery. Additionally we recommend avoiding alcohol and wearing loose clothing to help promote lymphatic flow.
